Your Quest:

  • Embark on a collaborative voyage with internal teams, guiding them to articulate their message with clarity and inspiration, all while aligning with our corporate narrative.
  • Work closely with our leadership and various departments to cultivate open, transparent communication channels, fostering a positive, informed culture that enhances internal engagement.
  • Lead the charge in crafting communication messaging, speeches, press releases, and content that captivates.
  • Champion new product launches, strategic partnerships, industry events, and corporate communications campaigns. You’ll be creating PR assets, briefing documents, media presentations, byline articles, and social media content that resonate with our audience.
  • Create and endorse the use of relevant communication channels, ensuring widespread adoption across the organization. You’ll also implement measurement strategies to drive effectiveness and behavioral change.
  • Develop initiatives that shine the spotlight on our executives, offering speaking opportunities that elevate our reputation and brand.
  • Craft impactful corporate communications, speeches, press releases, blogs, speaking opportunities, emails, digital content, newsletters, case studies, white papers, and print collateral – both for internal and external audiences.
  • Measure and drive performance, defining KPIs for programs, forecasting outcomes, tracking results, determining ROI, and wisely allocating resources. You’ll also oversee the analysis and reporting of these efforts.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on key issues affecting our organization and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders for consultation responses and crisis communication.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders like Shared Services, HR, and Risk to execute change management and reputation management strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate programs and tactics to enhance internal engagement and communication.
  • Monitor news updates and industry trends, preparing for and managing media issues.
  • Implement and leverage employee feedback channels for internal communications, ensuring real-time feedback is analyzed and acted upon.
  • Propose and apply best practices to expand reach, readership, and improve delivery methods and frequency.
  • Keep key internal stakeholders informed of developments related to their field of activity by monitoring information sources produced by stakeholders such as government departments and other bodies.

  • Your Credentials:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior-level PR and communications, preferably in the banking industry.
